To help us keep these sessions free and ensure that everyone on our waiting list gets a chance to participate, we do have a small favor to ask. If your plans change, please let us know at least 10 days before the meeting.
Because we commit resources based on the headcount, any cancellations made after that window—or no-shows—will incur a $35.00 fee.
