The Optometric Glaucoma Symposium is an “in-person only” event. It will not be live streamed, and it will not be possible to attend virtually.

The hotel room block will be at the Westin St. Francis San Francisco and will open in September 2024. The Westin St. Francis is located at 335 Powell Street on Union Square in San Francisco.

Glaucoma 360 is the inspiration of Adrienne Graves, PhD and Andrew Iwach, MD, who are both members of the Glaucoma Research Foundation (GRF) Board of Directors. Dr. Graves is a visual scientist by training, a global industry leader in ophthalmology, and the former CEO of Santen Inc. Dr. Iwach, GRF’s Board Chair, is Executive Director of the Glaucoma Center of San Francisco and the Glaucoma Research and Education Group, Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California at San Francisco, and a faculty instructor at the California Pacific Medical Center Department of Ophthalmology.

Health Policy

Glaucoma Research Foundation is committed to the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers. In line with best practices as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of California and City of San Francisco, we will not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry to Glaucoma 360.

In addition:
• We recommend that everyone be at least two weeks past their completed COVID-19 vaccine and be up to date with booster shots.
• We recommend attendees stay home if symptoms of any illness are present.
• Mask wearing is optional.
