New Horizons Forum Refund Policy
If you need to update your registration with an attendee replacement, please send us an email with the details of your registration and who will be attending in your place. If you are unable to attend, a written email request including your full name must be received in our events mailbox by January 31, 2025 to receive a refund. There is a cancellation processing fee of $75 per person. The deadline for cancellation/refund requests is January 31, 2025. No refund requests will be accepted after this date.
Annual Gala Refund Policy
If you need to update your registration with an attendee replacement, please send us an email with the details of your Gala registration and who will be attending in your place. Gala tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to convert your in-person ticket or table purchase to a tax-deductible donation to Glaucoma Research Foundation. Please send us an email to process your request by Tuesday, January 31, 2025. All requests need to be processed by this date.
